Field Management:
Ryan Pogozalski - President
Ryan Pogozalski was appointed President and CEO of Servall Electric Company, Inc. in 2004. Prior to this position, he worked as a Supervisor in the field with Servall. He has grown up with the business, taking over the helm from his father, Michael. He is current responsible for strategic business development, construction, growth initiatives, serving builders, contractors, industrial business and maintenance, and inventory management. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University.
Andrew Schwab - Project Manager
Andrew Schwab started working for Servall in 2004. Andrew began his career with the company as an Electrician. He moved up the ranks to Lead Electrician/Supervisor, and now holds the title of Project Manager Andrew brings with him years of field experience as an electrician and an excellent customer service oriented attitude. Prior to working for Servall, Andrew worked for Bachman Brother’s Electric for four years as an Electrician.
Operations:
Julianne Lake - Director of Operations
Julianne Lake has served as Director of Operations of Servall Electric Company since October 2005. In this capacity, she has oversight of the strategic responsibilities of the company’s service platform, including business operations, asset protection, and customer service. Julianne is responsible for providing companywide leadership for strategy, sourcing, and logistics. Prior to this position, she worked in the Telecommunications industry as a Global Account Manager for Gorann, Inc. She has also held a Data Communications Specialist position with XO Communications and Cypress Communications. She has held various roles with Bellsouth and Sprint. Julianne holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Connecticut.
Sandy Parkinson - A/P
Sandy Parkinson joined Servall in 2007. Her organizational skills and friendly demeanor make her a natural fit for our office. Since joining Servall, Sandy has implemented excellent processes to keep us running as efficiently as possible. Sandy is currently heading up our efforts to reduce paper, and store files electronically. Prior to joining Servall, Sandy worked for Valeo Climate Control as an Administrative Assistant for the HR, Accounting, and Maintenance Departments. In addition Sandy has 7 years of experience working as and educational aide to children with special needs.
Andrea Adams - HR Generalist
Andrea Adams joined Servall in 2008 as an HR Generalist. Andrea is responsible for both HR and Payroll functions. In addition, Andrea handles the supervision of Permitting and Inspections. Prior to coming on board with Servall, Andrea served as the Office Manager for KD and Steele Cabinetry for nine years. Andrea has experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and Customer Service.
Amanda Davis - Administrator
Amanda Davis joined Servall in 2008 as our Office Administrator/Receptionist. Prior to working for Servall, Amanda worked for Pettridge Farm as a Receptionist and Payroll Data Entry Clerk. Amanda is responsible for answering the phones, permitting/inspections, and office duties.
